Post Go

Terms of service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Post Go (“the service”). Post Go is a trading name of Eclipse Creative Consultants Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 02475077), registered office 3 Hilliards Court, Chester Business Park, Chester, Cheshire, CH4 9QP (“we”, “us”), which provides the service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

Post Go helps you plan, write and illustrate LinkedIn posts, create Instagram video scripts, captions and hashtags, and track how your content performs. It uses artificial intelligence to suggest topics, draft posts and create images from the information you give us. We do not publish anything to LinkedIn or Instagram for you. You review each piece of content and publish it yourself.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your login.
  • An “account” is one business, brand or creator profile set up in the service. Each account includes both LinkedIn and Instagram. One login can hold several accounts, for example if you manage clients.
  • If you set up an account for someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to upload their materials.

3. Free post, pricing and payment

  • Each login receives one free post. No payment card is needed to use it.
  • After that, each account costs £50 per month, or £500 for a year if you choose to pay for the year up front (two months free). Each account is billed separately, so you can stop one without affecting the others.
  • Payments are taken by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • The price is a flat £50 per account per month (or £500 per account for a yearly plan), in pounds sterling. These prices include VAT, so nothing is added at checkout. We will give you notice before changing prices, and a change will not apply to a billing period already paid for.
  • You can cancel any account at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not give refunds for part-used periods unless the law requires it.
  • We may use fair-use limits to keep the service reliable and affordable for everyone. If we need to apply a limit to your use, we will tell you.
  • We may, at our discretion, provide free access to an account.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you upload and what you create with the service, including your photos, brand documents, strategies and the posts you publish.
  • You give us permission to process that content so we can provide the service, for example by sending it to our AI and hosting providers.
  • You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • Your uploaded photos and documents are private to your account.

5. AI-generated content: your responsibility

AI can make mistakes. Posts, images and suggestions may be inaccurate, out of date or unsuitable. You must read, check and edit everything before you publish it, and you are responsible for what you publish, including that it is accurate, lawful and complies with the rules of LinkedIn, Instagram and any other platform you publish on. We do not guarantee any particular results, such as engagement, leads or sales.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • create content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • pretend to be another person or organisation;
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people’s accounts;
  • resell or share your login, or use automated tools to copy the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, improve or remove features. We may carry out maintenance, and some features depend on third-party services that are outside our control. The information and material on our website and in the service is for general information and use, and is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third party give any warranty or guarantee about its accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose, and we exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is your responsibility to make sure the service meets your needs.

8. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, your use of the service and of anything it produces is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or reputation, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, and where reasonable we will tell you first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Our materials and other websites

The design, layout, look, appearance and graphics of the service, and the software behind it, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or copy them except as these terms allow. Trade marks shown in the service that are not ours belong to their owners and are acknowledged. This does not affect your ownership of your own content (section 4). Unauthorised use of the service may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

The service and our website may link to other websites for your convenience. This does not mean we endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep any rights you have to use your local courts.
