Cookie policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small data files that attach themselves to a computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They do many jobs, such as remembering that you are signed in and which choices you have made. Cookies do not collect information that could identify you personally, unless a login is needed to reach an account.

2. The cookies we use

We use only the cookies the service needs in order to work. Because they are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent before setting them.

  • Sign-in cookie (a login cookie set by our sign-in provider): identifies you once you have logged in, so you do not have to sign in on every page. It is removed when you log out, and refreshed while you use the service.
  • Active account cookie (active_business_id): remembers which of your accounts you are working in.
  • Channel cookie (active_channel): remembers whether you are viewing LinkedIn or Instagram.

The pages you see before you log in (such as our home page, Terms and Privacy policy) do not set any cookies of their own.

3. What we do not use

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, analytics or traffic-log cookies, social media tracking cookies, or web beacons (tracking pixels), and we do not use your cookies for promotional or market research purposes. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

4. Other companies’ cookies

When you pay, you are taken to our payment provider’s secure page. That page is run by the provider and may set its own cookies, which are covered by the provider’s own policy.

5. How long do cookies last?

Each cookie has an expiry date. The sign-in cookie lasts for your signed-in session and is refreshed while you use the service. The active account and channel cookies stay until they expire or you clear them in your browser, or until the account is deleted.

6. How to opt out of cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge and others all let you do this), and you can set your browser to tell you when a website wants to set one. Blocking the cookies above will stop you signing in and using the service. More information about managing cookies is at aboutcookies.org.
